Welcome to Go Grad Travel, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the purchase of travel packages, accommodations, and related offerings provided for college graduation events (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website, booking any package, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to book or purchase any travel package.
2. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made through Go Grad Travel, LLC’s official platform or authorized representatives.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is due 90 days in advance of check-in, on 2/7/26, unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All payments are subject to verification and approval.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due 90 days in advance of check-in, on 2/7/26. On this date, there is a no cancellation policy.
• Go Grad Travel, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify packages due to insufficient demand, natural disasters, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a refund or alternative package when possible.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical coverage, and lost baggage protection. Go Grad Travel, LLC is not liable for any costs not covered by such insurance.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Go Grad Travel, LLC reserves the right to make changes to travel itineraries due to weather, supplier availability, safety, or other reasons beyond our control. We will notify you of significant changes and make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.
6. Third-Party Providers
Many services in our packages (such as hotel accommodations, transportation, or event access) are provided by third parties. Go Grad Travel, LLC acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
7. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, theft, or delays. You agree to hold Go Grad Travel, LLC harmless from any liability arising from your participation.
8. Conduct & Responsibility
All travelers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly during their travel experience. Go Grad Travel, LLC reserves the right to remove individuals from travel activities or accommodations without refund for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Grad Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or personal injury, arising out of or relating to your participation in any of our travel packages.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By making your purchase, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
