We act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings for third-party services, such as hotels, buses, and related travel arrangements, on behalf of our clients. We do not own, operate, or directly provide these services. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, catering services).

Booking Process: When you request a booking, we coordinate with third-party providers to arrange services based on your specifications. Confirmation of bookings will be provided via email or through the Site.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Site or services.

Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the policies of third-party providers. GoGrad Travel does not guarantee refunds for cancellations, changes, or no-shows. Any GoGrad Travel-specific fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your bookings.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Bookings may be canceled or modified subject to third-party provider policies, which we will communicate to you.
GoGrad may cancel or modify bookings if required by third-party providers, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will attempt to provide alternatives but are not liable for any resulting losses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intermediary Role: GoGrad is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or performance of third-party services. Any issues with hotels, buses, or other providers must be addressed directly with them.
Disclaimers: The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGrad Travel, its managers, members, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific booking in question.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGrad Travel from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or disputes with third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property
